Role Overview: As a Lead Analysis Engineer with 3-6 years of experience, you’ll be pivotal in spearheading Denritch’s analytical endeavors in the domain of next-generation product development. Your extensive experience will be invaluable in guiding and mentoring a diverse team, championing both individual expertise and cohesive teamwork. You will foster partnerships with various engineering sectors within Denritch, ensuring the continual evolution and advancement of our Analysis Engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of advanced FE models to fortify and innovate Denritch’s product designs, ensuring they align with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Re-envision established CAE processes, introducing novel methods that combine both efficiency and precision.
- Harness advanced CAE tools for driving optimal performance across a spectrum of product subsystems.
- Provide authoritative guidance to engineering teams based on rigorous analytical insights.
- Oversee the feasibility analysis for various processes, encompassing manufacturing, assembly, and serviceability.
- Stay agile and proactive in adapting to and innovating with emergent analytical tools and methodologies.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Profound expertise in finite element analysis and continuum mechanics, honed over 3-6 years.
- Comprehensive mastery over material mechanics, statics, and dynamics.
- Demonstrated prowess in problem-solving, especially for complex and novel challenges.
- Exceptional technical communication skills, with an aptitude for mentoring and leadership.
Preferred Credentials and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a Master’s or further studies being a notable advantage.
- Solid track record with Finite Element Analysis, Solid Mechanics, and Numerical Methods, preferably in a lead role.
